Emily Faludy’s first solo exhibition with Tregony Contemporary brings together new paintings shaped by her move to West Cornwall. Working directly from life, often on a substantial scale, she transforms close observation into paintings of bold colour and richly worked surfaces. Harbours, breaking waves and flowers become subjects through which she explores the physical energy of paint.
