Sarah Spackman was born in 1958, Berkshire, graduating in Fine Art from Byam Shaw School Of Art, London 1977, and from Camberwell School of Art, London, in 1981. She was was elected as a member of the Royal Society of British Artists, RBA, in 2019, an associate member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, AROI, in 2021. She is also a member of the Smalll Paintings Group. Sarah's work is in many private collections worldwide including the contemporary art collection of the Allied Irish Bank. Her work has also been selected for the Jerwood Drawing Competition, the NEAC, the ROI, the RBA and the Discerning Eye Exhibitions at the Mall Galleries, London. Sarah exhibts regularily with a select group of galleries throughout the UK and has shown with the Tregony Gallery since 2015. Sarah teaches and runs several painting workshops in the UK and abroad.
