Osnat Oliva is one of a new generation of representational painters emerging from an atelier training with technical brilliance and fresh vision. Osnat lives and works in Israel. She studied for six years at the Jerusalem Studio School, founded by Israel Hershberg, with summers painting landscapes in Italy. Seeking compositions that are abstract and magical that go beyond observation, combining several motifs full of shapes, movement and richly layered textured surfaces.
